We work with faculty 和 staff across the university to keep our sites current, giving faculty 和 staff agency over their webpages. This allows their diverse expertise to drive our web content.

Web editor access is available to faculty 和 staff across RWU 和 to students working under faculty or staff supervision. All web editors must undergo 培训 in basic Drupal editing, Web最佳实践, 和 accessibility prior to accessing the site. Fill out our form to request web access 和 培训.

高级用户 are leaders in their content areas. They have publishing rights to directly publish their own content. Web Content Editors will submit drafts of their content to 高级用户 for review 和 publishing.

• Review assigned content in Google Analytics 和 SiteImprove 和 contribute to insights 和 recommendations
   
• Use GA 和 SiteImprove to guide their Web Content Editors for refreshing content for each semester/academic year.
